Insecurities? It is a Human Reality

Greetings – Tuesday – August 25th., 2009
Where are you going & what do you want to do, &
whom are taking along with you?

Whether romantically, professionally, financially, spiritually, in
every way, today, Mars (action) breeds a tad bit of contempt for
routine without a favorable result in sight or in mind.  As your day
progresses you may see a decline in progress & production. Patience
& a great deal of compassion, faith, trust, discipline & obedience
in yourself & your morals, values, principles and code of ethics as well as
for those in your current professional or social structure is needed in
order to deal with all that you are dealing with and do so ‘effectively’ & ‘proficiently’…successfully.

Challenging conversations regarding business prevails. A push you – pull me attitude prevails among colleagues; softening tomorrow, mid week. There is a lot
you can do to change the appearance of how something looks, and how it attracts. Yet, if the team within the organization cannot support the curb appeal or cosmetic flash, then the cash-flow will still be unattainable. Everything must work together to create the success or failure of the whole. And each integral part of the whole must do the ‘job’ needed in order to manifest the desired result, or be eliminated. Your life personally and professionally is quite similar to ‘reality TV’. Many of us tend to say ‘we dislike’ Reality TV. Yet, most of us sneak in a show or two because ‘Reality TV’ strikes an emotional chord in us that WE personally tend to avoid dealing with, publicly. We avoid talking about ‘what exactly that little thread or ‘threat’ that Reality TV induces into our self esteem. I have discovered that it is the induction into our psyche & self esteem of the real possibility of potentially not measuring up—- that fact alone, is what turns us off & ON, regarding Reality TV.

Yet, because we are all true seekers, (GOD created us this way, so that we would ‘seek Him’)—-we all pause in the quietness of our inner sanctuary, to experience those hidden recesses of our psyche. And while alone at home, we are able to embrace our greatest fears in the quietude of something less intense as ‘actually looking into our ‘reality’ —-projecting onto the screen of ‘what is happening to them’ during a Reality TV program.

So we periodically tune in literally & figuratively, if you will, to our innermost insecurities, our human iniquities, our frail human nature. A good thing. And when we do, it scares us.  I invite you to go there again, soon, only next time, pause & stay there for a moment, embrace the fear of failure, rejection, feelings of inadequacy & experience it for a moment, and then release it to “GOD”. When your focus is on HIM, then you will experience release of burden, ultimately achieving great success.
