WEEKEND UPDATE: A Revelation to Be ALIVE!!

Greetings – Friday – Weekend Update – June 26th., 2009
It’s utterly amazing how when I think about writing my daily update, yesterday morning, both Farrah & Michael were alive. And this morning, just 24 hours later, these two souls have moved on, and the world is in ‘shock’. Not so much about Farrah, we anticipated her departure, bless her heart, she fought the good fight against cancer, and is now finally at peace.

We are all affected by the term ‘suddenly’. And Sudden death is something that none of us will ever get used to. Yesterday the world suddenly felt the shock of unanticipated death. Yesterday, we suddenly redirected our focus, shifting our energy away from ‘self’ onto the sudden event of Michael Jackson’s sudden death. I wrote my feelings in yesterday’ blog. We all knew him, loved, danced & connected with his music. His impact on our culture & universally as the King of Pop during the 20th century. He will be missed, yet, MJ will remain alive & ‘rockin’ on forever. Rest in Peace, Michael, Farrah & Ed.

Suddenly? What do you feel, think about or experience when you hear the word ‘Suddenly’? God’s favorite word is ‘Suddenly’. Today we may also experience a ‘Suddenly’ albeit closer to home, and perhaps in a more positive, resourceful way. With the Virgo moon we’re sure to look at ‘life’, our own lives, with a bit more focus in areas that need more direction or a bit more management, or at least our immediate attention.

The plans we have in specific areas, or the path we are on will be revised to better accommodate where we are in life and where ‘we’re heading’.  Today and this weekend you come alive!! You’ll reconsider how to make your life more ‘rich’, interesting, connected, and conducive to what brings you more joy, rather than less. And that could most definitely mean, discontinuing a relationship or a habit that is not making you happy or healthy, in favor of beginning or starting a new relationship or habit that is all about HAPPY & HEALTHY. After all, isn’t life here on earth, in the physical about experiencing? And so, ask yourself what it is that you are currently experiencing. Is it ‘HAPPY’ & ‘Healthy’? Or Miserable and detrimental to your health?
