6 to 8 bottles of water daily
GREEN TEA (sugarfree) daily
Yoplait Lowfat yogurt (100 to 110 cal prepak cups) daily (am only)
Apples 1 whole per serv.
Banana (One daily, am only)
Green leafy veggies daily, I prefer prepak Spring Mix (your preference)
Tomatoes 1 per serv.
Avocados 1/2 per serv.
Blueberries 1 cup serv
Oatmeal 1/2 cup any type
Oranges 1 daily
RED BELL PEPPERS 1 per serv (RED is best than any other color)
Spinach 1 cup fresh, cooked, canned or froz
Onions white or yellow
Tuna 3 to 5oz fresh, or canned
Turkey 3 to 5oz oven baked or deli style only
Chicken 3 to 5oz ‘White Meat only, and oven baked only
LEAN RED MEAT only once per week, and only 3 oz.
Walnuts 1/2 cup per serv.
Eggs 2 large or Egg beaters equivalent 
Dill Pickles 1 or 2 per serving
Whole wheat or 9 grain bread, and One slice only
Snaks Quaker Rice Snaks refer to label for single serv
Lowfat Cottage Cheese
Lowfat String Cheese Limit to am and early pm only and only 3 serv per week.
****Crunchy Nugget whole grain Wheat & Barley Cereal 3 tablespoons only per serv. to mix with yogurt or with milk and fruit. AM ONLY or before 2pm.
Skim Milk only

Any and all condiments
Salt & Pepper
Mayo to mix in egg or tuna salad, etc., but only 1 teasp.
Diet drinks are not recommended, rather drink Sugar free GREEN TEA. But if you must drink
soda, then make sure that it is DIET, meaning NO CALORIE and SUGAR FREE.

This is a must to accompany the above diet plan:
1 multi-vitamin/mineral tablet daily I like GNC, but any good quality type works fine
2 to 4k units of Vit C daily
1500 mg. Calcium daily
