Good Friday, and Earth Day, today — launches this Orthodox Easter weekend, & Mercury Direct, as we celebrate transition and the ultimate act of forgiveness. Isn’t forgiveness what “Real Love” is truly, all about? In order to ‘forgive’ ourselves and others, we must advance or transition our consciousness from a state of guilt and blame, by resurrecting (elevating) our energy, redirecting our intrinsic spirit toward the ‘Light’.

In making a decision to actively FORGIVE, we must also physically ‘act’ on our conscious decision in order to seal the transgression in forgiveness. And then accept the physical act as the final act —- of Forgiveness, based on Faith.

Saying ‘I’m Sorry’ & meaning it, means that ‘you recognize that you are accountable, and that you take responsibility’. Understanding and accepting that you are now also forgiven, by your choice to act and accept. Once we say I’m sorry for something —- we don’t continue to apologize over and over and over again, for the ‘same’ thing. True?

Forgiveness begins first, by forgiving one’s self. As it is only then that we are able to truly, forgive others. Mercury also goes Direct tomorrow, April 23rd., the day before Easter Sunday. The cosmic effects do have a ‘global’ momentum guaranteeing spiritual and conscious resurrection via our physical transition in the form of ‘actions’ taken in order to manifest ‘real change’ in our lives.

If you are taking ‘action’ now in the form of ‘actually physically doing something’ in your life, in whatever areas of your life—-to make a real viable change in your life, then you can expect enhanced benefits in those areas, with added abundance of good fortune, along with financial and emotional prosperity. History reveals that making changes ‘now’ during the ‘first month’, (April-Aries is considered the first ‘month’ due to Aries being the first sign of the zodiac) will foster one of a kind – in your life, long term benefits.

Beginning this Easter Sunday, April 24th., we enter the first day of Mercury Direct. Mercury rules communication. What we say to ourselves, and to others, regardless the medium. Sunday April 24th., marks a new season and one of, if not the best and most viable upcoming period for everyone, and in at least one area of your life, and more likely than not, several areas. The key to ensuring your good fortune, during this period, is to avoid passive behavior of any type. This is your ultimate time to ‘ACT’—to take Action! The Right “Action”, of course!

Blue Uranus shows it’s moon, Ariel, circling and casting a shadow on the planet — the black dot you see. This planet is like a mirror for new ideas, but sometimes there is an eclipse of thougth — don’t worry, the light always returns.

Two harmonies were present on Tuesday to help you focus on new opportunities for prosperity. God knows we can use some of that in this time, and so have a meditation and prayer about ways to move forward at work, and also in your relationships. Books help. Think emotional communication. Does this mean that you need to have a fight? No. It means listen to your own emotions, and be open to those the feelings of those you care about — then speak quietly and clearly from the heart. This is a time to research and listen — the time for action will come later.

At mid-week, we see the Astro-Energies stir up a bit presenting two conjunctions, three stress tests, two harmonies and one blockage on Wednesday. Venus appears twice while Uranus, planet of new ideas, makes a quadruple appearance. Neptune teaches that this day is to be one where the spirit guides your communication in your relationship. Oddly, Venus appears blocking Neptune, so you may find some opposition to the ideas you present. The important thing is to dig deeper and find what is really at the root of any roadblocks. Work on that.

Thursday is a day when we like going to our “corner”, cubicle, man-cave, or favorite cafe and just keep everything else out of our boundary. That’s ok, but remember that love is good for your health, and you can’t do that in a locked room by yourself. There is always some tension between the need to withdraw, then the need to come back in and find the growth leading to breakthroughs — when you are ready. So take some time to get a better hold of things, then enjoy the important people in your life — in the end, that is all that matters.

The work-week ends on Friday with Venus exerting three influences and Mars appearing twice. We can think of Venus as female energy, and today there’s a bit of discord with males. You sisters know what I’m talking about — sometimes you get fed up with men. That’s ok, but sooner or later you have to listen to the language of love — what you feel in your gut, and go with that. Why? Because when your emotions are guided by right spiritual principles, you are led naturally to health. That’s the faith.

Friday shows the Moon dancing in trine with Mars — a good day to get things done.  The Moon also is working in conjunction with Uranus to bring about new ideas.  So bring up your creative plans, and work with colleagues and family to put them in motion.  Take extra care to communicate patiently and carefully.  An opposition with Mercury (Communication), shows that some may resist messages about change.  That’s ok — it is a human trait to fear the unknown.  Just lay out your case for what must be done in compelling terms, and you will be persuasive.

Saturday provides a welcome opportunity to rest.  You may be feeling a bit jumbled, as the Moon is showing an opposition with the Sun — the emotions are out of sorts with the personality.  There’s also a bit of tension showing with Jupiter.  Jupiter is the planet of growth and prosperity.  We’re in difficult times, so that can be one explanation, but there is also a sense that the tension can work to your benefit.  When you get a feeling like this about a growth area of your life, it’s an opportunity to examine anything that could be holding you back.  Go to the library, or bookstore and check out some books on prosperity.

A busy time in the Cosmos, on Sunday, brings a lot of energy to bear for your day.  There’s a good chance to launch new plans as Mercury (Communication) works well with Mars (Initative).  But don’t try to focus those plans on your love relationships — Venus is at odds with Jupiter.  Instead, talk about ways to grow your family, and your career endeavors.  The Moon (emotions) is also working well with Chiron (healing) today, so take advantage of the good feelings to work out your plans for the coming week and months.

Monday starts the week off with progress looking likely in practical matters.  The Moon shows harmony with Mercury (Communication), so your plans may be received well when you keep them “down to earth.”  We also see some tension on the practical front.  There will always be those who are uncomfortable with any kind of change at all, and then some who argue for a grand plan, instead of simpler tactics and tasks.  The important thing in business, and private life is progress.  And, you can find the right opening for small, practical gains today.

On Tuesday, we see Mercury (Communication) in tension with Chiron (Health), while the Sun (Personality) shows harmony with Chiron.  This is a cosmic piece of advice to be sure to communicate (remember good communication includes listening and checking what you’ve heard) carefully and thoroughly.  The Moon is also in a favorable position (Trine) with Pluto — planet of transformation.  Play your cards right, and you could make a breakthrough at work, or home today.

On Saturday, we see a good time for Love… whoo hooo! The Moon (Emotions) shows harmony with Venus (Love), perhaps as a cycle back to the positive from some stress earlier in the week. It’s always a cycle. We also see the Moon squaring off with the Sun, which can often mean that you are feeling like doing one thing, while your mind argues against it. What to do when logic and emotions collide? Well, there is such a thing as emotional intelligence, and ultimately the deciding factor will come from your own internal compass… pointing toward the right thing to do. Listen to your heart.

Sunday finds the Moon playing nice with Mercury, Uranus and Saturn, but opposing Mars. There will be a better time ahead to launch new plans. Just enjoy the day.

On Monday, the Moon forms a trine with the Sun (Personality), even as Mercury (Communication) shows stress on the emotional side. Don’t push it. If there is something bothering you, take some time to work through the emotional issues before talking about it. But you do need to feel, deal, and heal. Just remember that the dealing is best done after you work through the best approach to what you are feeling. Seek the counsel of someone you trust, first.

Tuesday finds the Moon (Emotion) in some creative tension with four planets, while working in conjunction with the energy of Jupiter (growth). This tells us that while you feel that you are making progress towards prosperity — there are still some “hoops” for you to jump through. Hey, noone ever promised you it would be easy. But you can do it. Make sure your heart is in the right place, then follow its lead.

Welcome to Saturday… it’s looking good for Love! Whoo hooo.  The Moon (Emotions) is in harmony with Venus (Love), and Venus is dancing in trine with Uranus (New Ideas).  Do you have some new ideas about Love?  Maybe we should qualify that — right?  Do you have some creative ideas about fun place to visit, activities (been to the beach lately), and entertainment to enjoy with your mate?  Today’s the day.  Make sure that you are honest with your feelings about your relationship — it will do wonders for it.

Sunday finds the Sun (Personality) making nice with Pluto — planet of transformation. This is an opportunity for you to ask what part of your inner nature is in need of overhaul, then to set out to do it.  Examples, are lack of a social life — go to an event; problems in love relationships — go find some self-help books, etc.  The Moon shows harmony with Jupiter (Prosperity) today, too, so you can do some work in that realm of your life.  Maybe it’s time to reassess your financial position?

Monday starts the week off looking well, with the Moon (Emotions) in trine with Chiron (wellness), Mars (Initiative), and Neptune (Spirituality). Take action for your health, and that will be good for your spirit.  The Moon is also in harmony with Pluto (Transformation) and the Sun (Personality) today.  Look for new approaches, and break-throughs which will bring you needed growth and success.

Tuesday brings Mercury squaring off with Mars – there is something that is getting “hung up” in either your relationship at home or work, due to a lack of communication.  Most problems come down to communication for a solution — the lack of it (search yourself to learn why); or poor examples of it usually due to a failure to listen. And, the Moon (emotions) is showing stress with five planets today, your focus and meditation should be on better communication with all involved.

Live is about growth, and tuning in to your needs in this area, then taking steps to address them will get you far along the road of happiness and prosperity. There’s also a triple opposition at play with the Moon at odds with Chiron, Neptune and Jupiter. Healing that comes from Spiritual Growth. Why be at odds with that? Well the Moon is working in conjunction with Saturn today and so if you stay practical (picnic instead of gourmet dinner), the day looks like a good one.

And, coming up Monday, we see a bit more tension in the air as the work week begins. That’s ok. Noone ever said work was supposed to be totally relaxing. In fact, there’s a good kind of tension, when you’re busy and have good solid projects that help your company grow… that you should welcome. On the relationship level, have a good look in the mirror, and see what parts of your personality you can improve upon which will help your communication and relations with your mate. There’s always the “good work” to be done in this area.

Here comes Friday, ready or not… but I’m guessing you’re ready. It’s been a busy week, Cosmically speaking, and so that’s been reflected here on our little slab of clay. Today we see an opening for your Romantic life as the Moom (Emotions) makes nice with Venus… planet of Love. The Moon is also in harmony with Uranus — the planet of new ideas… so if you put a little work into that play, there’s no telling where it could go. You do want to go to the next level, don’t you?  The Moon is also in first Quarter which makes us feel like it’s time to get something done.  Feeling spontaneous?  The Sun is in Aries now, and that also gives rise to enthusiasm for the good things of this life.

Meanwhile, both Venus and our Moon are showing some stress with Pluto — planet of Renewal. This along with Moon stress with Chiron the Healer, tells me you need a break to go do something you really love to do. Why have you waited so long? It will actually be good for your health.

Earlier in the week, a look in the heavens revealed some nice harmony for healing transformation at mid-week as the Moon danced nicely with Chiron (the Healer), and Neptune (Spirituality). But watch for a blockage (there are always those to deal with), since the Moon also shows an opposition with Pluto… planet of transformation and renewal. An opposition is actually an opportunity to look straight at something and let it pass over you and through you so you can move on. We also see the Moon square off with Venus (Love), so I’m betting that challenge has something to do with a relationship? Most do. Did you handle it already? If not, that could be causing the stress you’re feeling. Deal with it.

On Saturday, the Moon dances nice with the Sun bringing a nice harmony between mind and emotions. This is good for making decisions. Mercury (Communication) works well with Jupiter (Prosperity), and that makes Friday a good day to make a financial decision and explain it well to all concerned. Have a good look at the Stock Market again. There can be a bit of stress today about Love. That’s OK… the reward is in solving it. Just don’t sit on it… get it resolved.

It’s Saturday (already), and the Moon (Emotions) is building harmonious energy with Mars, Chiron, and Neptune today. Meditate on taking initiative for Spiritual Healing. This can mean different things for different people — everything from getting away to a quiet park, or hiking, to finding a new Church. The important thing is taking action. Mars is also in a tug of war with Saturn, and the Moon shows stress with Saturn. This means something is standing in your way, or attempting to hold you back. Don’t let it. Life is about progress.

Earlier this week, the Moon was hanging out with Uranus which brings a feeling of new ideas and new activities into play. Since the interplay is with the Moon — this manifests as an urge to try something different that what you have done in the past. You know the old saying, “if you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always got.” This is a good chance, then to break out of a rut. There’s also some tension with this path (it’s natural to encounter change), and the heavens show it as the Moon squares off with Mars, Mercury, and Jupiter. Sometimes we second guess our initiatives. Sometimes other express doubt. The important thing is to focus on what is right, and what must be done.

On Friday, the Moon was working with both Mercury and Jupiter today to bring conversations of growth and prosperity to the fore. Growth and prosperity? In these times? Well… yes. And, I’m not just talking about financial growth and prosperity. Look deeper. Behind all of that, what comes first — as the truest form of security — is Spiritual growth and prosperity. And since Mercury is about intelligence and communication… use that to tap into the awesome, core Spiritual power that drives all things. Then, look around you. This is not a time for fear, but a time to take advantage of the opportunity to rebuild. In the financial realm, stocks, homes — even automobiles — are available at bargain basement prices. Mortgage interest rates are as low as they will ever be. And the internet continues to create new work opportunities even in a time of high unemployment. Remember that the same chinese character standing for crisis, also means opportunity. Look for yours and prepare… Spiritually.

Sunday looks good for balance resulting from renewal and recreation. Re Creation. Through your enjoyment of a small day trip, a walk downtown, visiting old friends… you break out of the rut you are in and transform what it means to be you. This is an important thing to do from time to time… recreate. This is not a day for talking about things (Mercury shows stress with Mars and Saturn). Just do it. Sometimes we have to do something to forget ourselves for a while in order to better remember what we are all about.

It’s Friday, already, and Pisces energy is in the air. The Moon shows a bit of stress with Neptune, ruler of Pisces today, so you may feel stirrings in your Spirit. Mercury (Communication) is tugging on Uranus (The big planet of new ideas) so inspiration may come to you that you wish to talk about — talk about at work, and also with loved ones. These urges are better kept to yourself today. Watch what others do when they speak too soon, and you will be reminded of the old adage… better to remain silent and be thought a fool, then to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

Earlier this week, Astrologically, there were a number of interesting aspects for you. First, Venus (Love) is working well with Mars (Initiative). Do I have to spell that one out for you? Come on… Men are from Mars, and Women from Venus, so when there’s harmony — well, I think you get it. Next we see the Moon in harmony with Neptune (ruler of Pisces) as the Sun goes into “conjunction” with Pisces. Pisces is the great sign of the Believer, and the two fish link your Spiritual and Physical sides of your nature. So celebrate Spiritually today, too. Finally, we have some tension with Saturn (restrictions) in the air — when your Spirit soars, you don’t like to be held down. The trick is to balance such flights with the right measure of common sense.

On Saturday, the Sun (Personality) dances well with Pluto… the planet of transformation and renewal. What can you do, today, to renew yourself Spiritually, Physically, and Mentally? Take a long walk with your loved one in the crisp air. Go to a bookstore and purchase books on a subject you’ve been wanting to learn about. You get the idea. Meanwhile today, the Moon is playing nice with both Saturn (Practicality), and Uranus (New Ideas). Practical new ideas. Go out and get the exercise you need, find a new book or two, look into a seminar, and affordable get-away. It will do you good.

Sunday looks good for Romance as the Moon (Emotions) dances well with Venus (Romance). Woo Hoo. When it comes right down to it, what better way to celebrate life? The Moon also forms a conjunction (mixes energies) with Mercury and Jupiter today, which brings a feeling of growth and communication to the table. You feel like you can get many things done, and you feel like talking about your plans for prosperity this year. Prosperity this year? Yes… even in downtimes — with the right plan it can be done. It may seem counter-intutive, but saving and being practical can actually lead to the growth you envision. Remember that in gardening, pruning (triming back) promotes growth. What can you trim back, so you can grow?
