We kicked off our work week on Monday with harmonic energy showing in the areas of Health, Spirituality, and New Ideas. This was a good day to take action on some new physical and spiritual health methods like an exercise class, a book discussion club, a study group at your church, etc. Uranus (New Ideas) appears twice once showing harmony, and once showing some emotional tension. What has you blocking these new ideas? Get to the root of that and get beyond it. This is a time to over-rule those comfortable feelings and move from your comfort zone to the next level in your life.

On Tuesday we see Mercury and Pluto appearing twice in the astro-energy mix, so get ready to find a way to use communication for an important breakthrough. Interesting, though, that the Moon is opposing both of those planets today which means you need to pay particular attention to the emotional tone of messages and conversations. It could be that someone feels that what is being proposed is too “restrictive”. If this is the case then use your best negotiating skills which include listening and learning from body language. This same tactic will also help in your love life today.

Mid-week brings a mixed bag of astro-energies including emotional harmony with new ideas for growth, and a feeling that something is not right with plans to move ahead on Wednesday. Regarding change, you have to work hard to get past the “comfort zones” most people prefer to live within, and make sure that the way forward is carefully planned and checked. The same is true about the sudden idealistic consideration of adding in a new ‘Zodiac’ sign? For all of you questioning this sudden acquisition—-before you decide you are a Virgo vs. A Libra—-please wait. Remember it’s the planets that are in the position they are in at the time you take your first breath that actually determines what “Sign” you are. And that will never change. So if ‘Virgo’, or Libra, Scorpio etc. is your current zodiac sign—-hold on to that thought, everything for now, remains the same. This is the same in the workplace and at home. All relationships require growth, yes, just like any plant in a garden, but it’s the right kind of growth—growth that promotes a healthy balance within the structure. So… think about how can you water, prune and garden for growth?

Thursday brings feelings of tension with thoughts you have about abundance, but harmony with boundaries in love relationships. Huh? Sometimes you can’t move forward until you review and reset the right limits with current love interests, family and colleagues. All of these cross currents can create tension unless you manage things well on the Communication front. There’s a reason why millionaires are said to have “parlayed” (meaning “to speak”, from French), their way to fortune. If there’s one skill that it all comes down to it is communication, but that also assumes that you have prayed for discernment and done the hard work on “internal communication” — understanding and dealing with your own issues, first.

Weekend Astro-Update

Happy Halloween on Sunday, a day when it is best to roll with things and enjoy the holiday. Emotionally, there’s an opportunity to examine what’s holding you back in your romantic relationship. As always, this will require that you get any emotional roadblocks out of the way of your communication. Remember that the Truth will always come out, so it’s best to deal with things from the bright spot of your heart — sooner, rather than later.

Monday rolls in with Pluto, planet of transformation, playing a triple roll — it’s in harmony with the Moon (Emotions), which in turn is in harmony with Venus (Love), so some of your relationship “work” can pay off today. But there’s still a bit of tension in the area of Communication, so use the “love light” to speak your truth quietly and clearly. Follow your gut instincts… intuition plays an important role today.

On Tuesday, the Election Day in the USA, we see an emotional opposition with Jupiter — the planet of Jupiter. This make sense, since just about every American agrees that our current debt and spending habits are unsustainable. Emotions are high and flowing toward leaders that will stand for prudent government. We also find emotional tension in the areas of Spiritual matters — another sign that spirits are running high and so some stress with all the viewpoints out there. Celebrate that — it’s what makes free people stronger.

Wednesday dawns with new purpose even though there are still some roadblocks in the way of progress. Emotionally, we like staying in our “comfort zone.” Get out of it. Neither a country, a state, a government, a business, or an individual can afford to ignore change and what is needed for growth toward wise values and goals. Pay careful attention to the ways of the Spirit today. Pray for discernment in politics, business, and in your home life.

What NASA sees: Also known as NGC 5128, Galaxy Cen A is located about 12 million light-years away in the constellation Centaurus and is one of the first celestial radio sources identified with a galaxy. If our eyes could see radio waves, we would see this huge neighbor each night in our star field.

Astro-Weekend Update…

Sunday presents some opportunities for you — you should have a good feeling Spiritually about the day whether you commune with Nature, or attend a church session. You may have been feeling some tension regarding what you have to tell someone you care about. Don’t. Proceed and speak from your heart — don’t hold back, but deliver your message with an open mind. This is almost always a recipe for a relationship breakthrough.

Emotional tension is in the air as the work week launches on Monday. Remember that a certain amount of stress about deadlines, quality of work, and what the next step in a relationship might be is often a good thing. This helps you gear up to move ahead. And, like many other days, the key is good and thorough communication. Sometimes you have to pick between a strategy of growth, or limitations — staying on budget, or risking breaking beyond it. Weigh these questions wisely and take advice from those you trust.

That’s ok — if it’s about some new ideas for growth at work and home, you may be right to exercise some caution. You might feel as though you are almost to your goal… and you are. But as you know, in business and in romance, it’s all about relationships and working with other people with different points of view. The important thing is to not block off all communication. Just remember that nothing would ever get done if everything was easy and there was no stress — the good kind of stress, where you work for what’s right and get that good feeling of satisfaction when you’re done. Use this as an opportunity to examine restrictions you feel, or even have co-created… and how to work through them to get what you want.

If you’ve been truly listening to your partner, then today is a good payoff — schedule a dinner out on the town to celebrate.
