Growth, expansion, prosperity — all good things, right? Well Jupiter is associated with those good things, and its activity in the heavens right now, means that it’s a good time to address your growth plans in your life. Inwardly, Jupiter addresses your sense of morality, ideals, and higher goals. Outwardly, this can mean that travel is in order, higher education is calling, and/or your religious self can see some growth. What house if falls in your particular horoscope can be quite revealing.

One of the ways Jupiter is active currently, is that it is performing a kind of celestial “tug-a-war” with a couple of other planets — have you noticed any tension? From the 15th to the 20th of Oct. (2007), Jupiter is in a position to give you some jittery nerves. You may notice this at work, and/or in your personal life. Think of it as an opportunity to deal with any underlying factors that could be at the root of the tension. How is your relationship with your mate going? Are your work projects all in order?

With Jupiter active in our skies right now, it is good to remember that Jupiter stands for wisdom, freedom, tolerance and plenty. Quite a good mix. How are those things playing out in your lives? I think that one way to see it is that freedom, lived wisely, leads to plenty and breeds tolerance. The United States has benefited from this. And, you can live that on a personal level, as well. Of course, there are other influences at work, but some meditation on these great blessings certainly can’t hurt.
